When marketing units to retail investors in the Federal Republic of Germany, a non-German UCIT fund is required to appoint an information agent through whom German unitholders can obtain legally prescribed information about the UCIT fund. Funds-2-Germany is an independent information agent for UCIT funds in Germany – characterized by personality and direct accessibility.
If the fund initiator selects Funds-2-Germany as the German information agent for foreign UCIT investment funds and includes Funds-2-Germany in the German sales prospectus, the fund documents e.g. the sales prospectus, KIID, annual report, half-year report and issue/redemption price are available for (potential) investors at Funds-2-Germany.

Ein ausländischer UCIT Fonds ist für die Zulassung zum Vertrieb an Retailanleger in Deutschland verpflichtet, eine deutsche Informationsstelle zu bestellen, über die der deutsche Anleger gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Informationen über den UCIT Fonds erhalten kann. Funds-2-Germany ist eine unabhängige Informationsstelle für UCIT Fonds in Deutschland – geprägt durch Persönlichkeit und direkte Erreichbarkeit.
Sofern Funds-2-Germany die vom Fondsinitiator ausgewählte und im Verkaufsprospekt genannte Informationsstelle für den UCIT Fonds ist, sind übliche Fondsunterlagen wie z. B. Verkaufsprospekt, KIID, Jahresbericht, Halbjahresbericht und Ausgabe / Rücknahmepreise für (potentielle) Investoren über Funds-2-Germany als Informationsstelle für UCIT Investmentvermögen erhältlich.
